Retourneren

Ben je niet tevreden met je aankoop? Of toch liever een ander maatje besteld?

Je hebt het recht om je aankoop te retourneren. Je kan je aankoop ruilen of we betalen ze je terug.
 
Het retour zenden dient binnen de 14 kalenderdagen na ontvangst van je pakketje te gebeuren.
We vragen je een retourformulier (klik hier) in te vullen en het pakket voldoende te frankeren.
Het artikel dient in de ongedragen en onbeschadigde, oorspronkelijke toestand te worden teruggestuurd naar:

Wij zullen het retour te ontvangen bedrag binnen de 30 kalenderdagen na ontvangst
van uw pakket terugstorten of we sturen je zo snel mogelijk de gewenste maat of kleur op.

Betaal ik verzendkosten voor het retourneren?

Tenzij er een fout is gemaakt door Save The Party, dient u de verzendkost zelf te betalen en zal Save The Party
je verzendkosten niet terugstorten.
Een kleine kost die we proberen vermijden als je bewust en ecologisch koopt.

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Or would you rather order a different size?

You have the right to return your purchase. You can exchange your purchase or we will refund it.

Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of your package. We ask you to fill in a return form (click here) and to frank the package sufficiently.

The item must be returned in the unworn and undamaged, original condition to:

We will refund the amount to be received within 30 calendar days of receipt refund your package or we will send you the desired size or color as soon as possible.

Do I pay shipping costs for the return?

Unless an error has been made by Save The Party, you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself and Save The Party will not refund your shipping costs.

A small cost that we try to avoid if you buy consciously and ecologically.
